Choosing the right necklace length

I keep getting asked on how to determine your correct length for the necklace. As for me, being a Muslim women, I wear my hijab, usually up till my chest. Therefore, whenever I design my necklace, I will always have my extender chain and so the necklace stays put just nice right on the chest. Nevertheless, I browse on the web and found some really useful images that I would like to share with my readers.

Looking from above pictures, my necklaces are usually between 26"-28" in length, slightly lower than Matinee but higher than Opera.
